Dutch newspaper “Dagblad De Limburger" reports that Gho Clinic developing hair multiplication procedure appears to be in financial trouble and can not service it’s debt.

The Gho Clinic in Maastricht are bankrupt. Haarkliniek bezwijkt onder schuldenlast

De Gho Clinic in Maastricht is failliet. De kliniek, genoemd naar de Maastrichtse onderzoeker en wetenschappelijk directeur Coen Gho, deed met name haartransplantaties volgens speciale behandelmethodes. Er werken tien mensen bij het bedrijf, onder wie drie artsen.
Volgens bedrijfsjurist E. Rutten is de kliniek bezweken aan de schuldenlast van 900.000 euro. Huisbankier en aandeelhouder ABN Amro weigerde nog langer geld in het bedrijf te steken, laat Rutten weten. ,,De kliniek is een jaar geleden verhuisd van voormalig ziekenhuis Annadal naar een groter en duurder pand aan de Reaalruwe waar het zeven behandelkamers had. De groei van het aantal klanten, vooral uit Belgiл en Duitsland, bleef echter achter.''
Rutten zegt ook dat de raad van commissarissen van de kliniek enkele weken geleden directeur Van Gelder vervangen heeft door directeur Van Rijk vanwege de slechte resultaten.
Volgens de bedrijfsjurist is het de intentie dat de Gho Clinic een koude doorstart maakt waardoor alle tien medewerkers aan het werk kunnen blijven.
